The Company collects the following personal information:

However, the Company is not responsible for personal information leaks caused by the user’s negligence or issues related to the internet or communication networks.

2) Measures Against Hacking

The Company makes every effort to protect personal information from hacking or computer viruses. Data is regularly backed up, and encrypted communication is used to securely transmit personal information over networks.

3) Management of Personal Information Handling Staff

The Company limits the number of staff handling personal information to a minimum, assigns separate passwords to authorized personnel, and updates them regularly. Additionally, staff training is conducted to emphasize compliance with the Privacy Policy.
